Step 1 - Quick search – Use our search menus to find and compare models & deals.
Step 2 - Enquiry – When you’ve found a car you like, contact our advisors via phone or email to ask any questions about your chosen car and to discuss part exchange and finance options.
Step 3 - Vehicle order – Orders are taken by phone and then we send you a confirmation order form which should be checked, signed and sent back to us.
Step 4 - Payment and delivery – Delivery times vary, but we will let you know how long this within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your new car will be delivered to an address of your choice (there may be a delivery charge). Choose any of the following payment methods:
- CHAPS or BACS transfer
- Internet bank transfer
- Banker's draft (cleared prior to delivery)
- Motor finance
All outstanding monies must be cleared prior to delivery.

All new cars are supplied with the full manufacturer’s warranty and road side assistance - these vary depending on the manufacturer so please check with us to get more detail on this. Used cars carry the balance of manufacturers’ warranty or a stated aftermarket warranty where applicable.

Where do you get the cars from?
All of our new cars are sourced from motor dealers across the UK and are built to full UK specification. Our used cars are sourced mainly from franchised dealers and are independently inspected by the RAC prior to delivery for your complete peace of mind
How new is nearly new?
Our nearly new cars are stocked from the main dealers and contract hire companies and are typically less than a year old with less than 12,000 miles on the clock.
